Privacy, private files and deletion

Preparing a job sends the supplied ZIP, selected anchor ID, dimensions and destination to this service after your upload consent. The output ZIP contains your creative's assets. Your original input is processed in memory; the repaired ZIP and sandboxed preview are stored privately for recovery. They remain until you delete the job. Download availability is seven days from preparation.

Job access uses the same signed-in ChatGPT account. We retain job hashes, settings, quotes, payment and delivery records for operations, refunds and accounting. Do not submit confidential content if this retention model does not fit; local free alternatives are linked in the documentation.

At checkout, your first name and verified email are sent to Tap. Card details are entered at the provider, never in this site's upload form. No catalog file is sent to the FX source. The currency preference is stored locally in your browser. There are no advertising analytics scripts in this version.

Use Your jobs to delete stored creative files. Payment records and audit events remain. A customer who has paid but not received a file should use recovery or record a refund request before deleting it.
